All Scooters Purchased come with a standard 12 month warranty, this means within the 12 months we will make every effort possible to repair or replace the scooter or parts, however scooters outside the warranty will be charged.
We recommend extended warranty which includes unforseen mechanical breakdown.
Our Premier Care Mobility Warranty policy is designed for owners of mobility scooters and power chairs, and provides insurance protection in the event of accidental mechanical or electrical breakdown.
The cover on new products commences immediately after the manufacturer`s guarantee expires and you will be given the option of insuring for either 12, or 24 months.
Prior to expiry, policies for both new and used products will be offered renewal for a period of 12 months.
