Parafricta fabric is smoother than silk, tougher than nylon, yet easy to launder - properties which make it ideal for use in preventing the development of bedsores and for protecting wound dressings.
The use of a Parafricta Bed Sheet reduces the negative effects of friction and therefore helps prevent bedsores forming. For severe cases, a Parafricta Bed Sheet should be used in conjunction with a pressure relieving mattress.
