The bed backrest should be placed and used on top of the mattress and bed sheets. The headrest is secured on the backrest by velcro.
The bed backrest is covered by a twelve-month warranty from date of purchase. It covers design and manufacturing defects. It does not cover upholstery, wear and tear or accidental damage.
