Delivery and Installation
We are committed to delivering your order quickly and on time. In addition
to our low product prices, we take a loss on our packing, handling and
delivery charges! In fact if you order over £40, we don't charge
at all!!

Charges: All orders over £40 to UK addresses
are FREE. Orders under £40 attract a £4.98 (inc vat) packing
and handling charge.

Delivery Time:
Our standard delivery service will take between 2-5 working days to arrive.
Should your item be out of stock, a customer representative will contact
you by phone or email explaining the situation. Some items are made to measure,
or hand made and can take up to 4 weeks, please look out for special delivery
instructions.

Delivery to the European Union
Our carriers deliver to the European Union and
we accept payment in Euros. All orders received by 10am will usually be
dispatched to you on the same working day and they will take up to 14 working
days for delivery. In reality - we expect to deliver 80% of orders in the
European Union within 7 days, but can't guarantee this.
The cost is subject to weight and charged at the actual courier cost. Most orders weigh below 5kg and are dispatched at the lowest cost of £24.53. If the costs vary significantly from this, we will call you before dispatch to advise of the additional payment required.
